Does Swift really hire every student?

Alright so my fiance and I are both interesed in going into the swift spouse program. It wouldn't be till this summer after we got married. But my question is does swift really hire every student that goes through there program? I know when you are on the road with your mentor you get paid but what about after that? Do they automatically give you a job? And I know about my husband being able to mentor me, so right when he is done with his 6 week otr training he would be able to pick me up and train me? We are both very serious about being a h/w team, we have no children no obligations keeping us anywhere. Also can we go to the academy at the same time?

 

I do know swift allows husbands to be there wives mentors. Only after the husband have done there 6 weeks otr with there own mentor

 

Also when swift does a background check is credit a factor?

I have read so much bad stuff about swift on a complaint forum. people were saying that swift will tell you that your approved and then 3 days into orientation tell you that your work history isn't good enough. Can they do that? Also if you have never had a job would swift actually hire you?
