Does Swift Subscribe To Translo Now?

    Transflo has an app for the Android and Iphone that allows your phone to photo and send trip documents in just like scanning at a TS. I tried setting it up on my phone, but the Fleet ID I used to subscribe to Transflo Now(SWFT), is not valid. Does Swift not subscribe to it? Seems like they should, very convenient to send in timely paperwork.

    Look on the top of your paperwork below the scan lines. If your paperwork is anything like mine (Foodliner), the Fleet ID is a 5 letter code printed below it.
    Foodliner subscribes to the app that you're talking about and I'd be willing to bet Swift does too. It's not bad so long as you have an internet connection through the phone you're using.

    The code I used is from the barcode on our scan sheets. I'm guessing they don't subscribe to Now, but thought there might be a different code for the mobile app.

    That's the one I was referring to... bar code - couldn't think of the word (brain-fart?). Thanks.
    Yeah, try calling them. I was contacted through dispatch so maybe someone just needs to let Swift know about this?

    Swift's payroll department should know.

    You could always call TransFlo and ask them.

    Called Transflo and found Swift does NOT subscribe to Transflo Now. Sent a MAC 0 requesting that Swift authorize this service which could be done in minutes and not cost the company anything extra, as it is provided at no additional charge along with the regular Transflo services. Informed that Swift has already looked at this, but declined it because of technical issues. Bummer!:biggrin_25513:
