Each driver when issued a CDL is also assigned a federal drone which shadows you and your rig and collects data. The data is downloaded hourly to a massive secret server in the Sierra Nevada mountains. They now have a record of the violation and will take action after your second violation.

I swear I just saw a DOT drive past my house. He was in a unmarked 85 Sunbird. Earlier he was walking by, dressed like an Old Man. Next time I see him, I think I’ll confront him. Getting tired of this harassment.

I remember when I first started. A Driver told Me the Government collected all BOLs from all the Companies on a daily basis. They all had a p/u time attached. Lol. Once had a Canadian Driver ask if it’s true he needed to update his Log book every 15 minutes. Literally as he Drove. Then there was the Driver who said they took a picture of each Truck at the Scale. Yeah Right, like that would ever happen. Uhhh. Scratch that last comment.
