Does this trailer look like a WIDE LOAD trailer?

I just bought this trailer in an auction. It is a double drop deck and has a hydraulic beavertail.

    Pictures are here:

My question is, does this trailer look like it is extra wide and needs wide load permit just to move it to my place?

I will honestly admit that I bought it sight unseen.

They shouldn't be welded fast, then you would need a permit to move when MT. Oversize guys wouldn't have something like this that wouldn't shrink down to 102".

Of course you may never know what 'Quick and Dirty' adjustments could have been performed. Not everyone who can use a welder should use a welder.

I can see why previous owner would have welded them in place if he was always moving same piece of wide-based equipment day in and day out. Yes, will probably have to be permitted as it is now.

Looks like the slide outs do still slide, although they are normally shorter than those on that trailer.
Anything over 102" wide requires permits to move, loaded or empty.
