Hello, first post here and I have a question regarding a call that I received. Now, I am fairly new to opening my OWN trucking business(Few months now). I got a call from a lady from a different state trying to sell me these labor posters. She said it is required by law regardless of the field your business is in and it includes ALL businesses that have at least ONE full time employee. She also mentioned that inspectors would be coming to visit my office and they will see if my posters are up in public view

I want to know if this person is BS'ing and that trucking industry does NOT require it or telling the truth?

Cause i don't know if this only applies to other jobs like restaurants or others.

    Please let me know.

    Thank you!

Thanks for your reply, but are there any laws that say that I must have any form of labor posters for my trucking business?
