Does your doctor (non-DOT) have to report a diagnosis of sleep apnea to your state's DMV?

    Some of us wear glasses and have no problems leading to apnea.

    This sleep apnea is a joke. Original statistics were waaaay overstated to get the ball rolling. Since then many Drs are scared of any type of Liability. When you take a DOT physical they have You fill out a form.Have You ever had this ailment or that. Some are legit like seizures, others are rediculous, things everyone’s had. Give them what they want to hear so they’re not Liable.What You don’t know, they don’t know, and shouldn’t. Have you ever had a hemorrhoid?

    The joke is how they do it. And how they force drivers on it.

    That said. I know many drivers that said it made a huge difference for them.
