Well I'm just looking for a job where I could expect a steady pay check instead of depending on miles or % from every load n I'm single ...so is everyday a fully loaded trailer?is it really 5 days Tuesday to Saturday and once you're working for them can you chose another route if available...when loading your own trailer do u pick and pack orders or they're ready just load them on trailer...and the trucks they got are set back to go only 63 and are they all regular 10 speed?...by the way the route you got sounds nice if u break it down to hours ur making over $20 an hour
Dohrn, saia, dli, or crst dedicated.

Well the paychecks are consistent , if I don't do any extra work outside of loading my truck and doing the route I gross $955 for the week. You have heavy days and light days, Thursday night I had only half a trailer load, but last night I had a full load but it's usually pretty consistent for most routes though I'd say usually Monday nights are heavier then most other days but idk it could only be that way on my route. There are only a few routes that are 6 days a week but yes it's Monday night/Tuesday morning through Friday night/Saturday morning, so my weekend just began. If you are on a route that you don't like you can put in a request for a different route so youre not forever stuck on one route if you don't want to be. When you load your trailer everything is already labeled by stop, scanned for you, and mostly picked for you. So basically most your parts will be by the dock door, you just got to put it in your trailer. The trucks are only set at 62, about half the trucks are older sterlings. About half are 2011-2013 Peterbuilts. They are all 10 speeds except for the straight trucks which are 6 speed. As far as average pay goes some routes are like that others not. 1 route only pays $128 but he loads his trailer so he makes $158 usually comes in at 11pm and beats me back a lot at about 5-530am. Then there is another route that sucks that takes 9 hours to do and only pays $133 and they wonder why it's hard to give drivers that route lol

Sorry it's been a couple of days my gf surprised me with a little trip. You are supposed to get raises every year but the company has been on a pay freeze for 3 years now from what I hear. As far as time at each stop. I'd say expect 10 minutes, 15 minutes for heavier stops, 5 minutes for light stops. Sometimes you might only have a single tote for a stop in which case you're in and out in 2 minutes. Only time you might spend over 20 minutes at a stop is if they have a lot of returns. I have 2 stops that like to bulk all there returns, just the other day I had 170 returns at a stop. The returns themselves aren't a problem since 95% of it was in a cage it's just the paperwork, had to scan 170 barcodes, and stamp my name 170 times. But no worries that's far from an every day thing. And no problem that is what this site is for and I'm glad I could help, my name is Kendall by the way and I run route 38-1 keep me posted if you take the job or not.
