A typical day was a black coffee and a banana leaving the house, then a ham and egg on a bagel or roll (no cheese, no butter just ham and egg) from the deli up the street from where I parked.
Lunch was whatever leftover or sandwich I brought and then the fruit or vegetables as snacks throughout the day to keep me from grabbing candy bars or bad stuff.
Dinner was always light since I was usually eating at 7 pm and in bed by 9-9:30 so I could be back up at 3 am. -

Some of these how do I eat on the road from local drivers make me go huh? Didn't any of you go through elementary and Jr. High School when you brought packed lunches? Is that a too ancient idea? Dude, pack a lunch.

Even if the OP had bag lunches for 12 years, at a certain point a man gets tired of a sandwich, a bag of chips, a cookie, and a thermos of room temperature juice. If you've become accustomed to having a refrigerator and microwave in the break room, it's understandable to search out advice in dealing with a new environment - which is a big part of why TTR exists.TripleSix and brian991219 Thank this.
