Doing what is a waste of time, but has to be done anyhow.

Guess I will document what directions I presently am persuing as well as what is actually going on.

Not that I excpect any readers, I think I should Note things for reference any how


As things stand presently:

Equipment : 1 Iveco COE, lovingly ( in some instances ) refered to as Techno.

Situation: New management is dwindling the work i have been presently engaged in to a point, where its not viable in the longer term, nor even in the short term.

Goals: Become more profitable so i can asume a decent standard of living that is not below the poverty line.

Plans to date:
Procure my multi combination licence ( B-Double and Road Train ) to open up my usefulness to the maximum.

Contact a few companies that have indicated that they are in need of tow operators.
Remain in contact with the company that indicated interest in my services to the oil rigs and mines up north and out west ( Best option )
Also, will be investigating local work complimentary to the Grocery work i am presently engaged in.

Hopefully i will be able to procure my upgraded licence rapidly and with minimal cost.
Should this not occour before I obtain work, i have a friend whom has kindly indicated that he will steer the rig until such time as i can obtain said licence.


Financially as i stand right now, i have ALMOST gotten back on the level with the runaway costs that were 'overlooked' by a previous accountant. This is annoying but i do not need the tax office hounding me for money.

Hopefully be writing this down, motivation may be sufficently manitained until i get this turned around.

Year end goals:

Have 2 trucks running, one with my own trailer combination behind it.
OR have 3 trucks running as tow operators.

optimistic goal, but i will lean on it and hopefully i can establish while vehicle prices are bottomed out, thus lowering my investment and maintaining a better Profit/Expendature margin.

 

I am, but im not holding out for it any longer. I cannot afford to wait.

if im happy with how i handle it, i will immediatly book in for the licence test.
