Am I missing something? Guy is washing his windows and just asked for an assist after realizing bucket was in a bad position. He'll, when my windshield is bad enough I lift the hood and stand on the tires for extra scrubbing leverage.

 

I bet he still streaked the windshield.

That's when you walk by and yell "Hey driver! You lazy? Get up on the hood and do it right!"
