Hey, back 35+ years ago, more than once I shut-down for the night just on the pull-off for the former Rays Hill tunnel on the PA Turnpike. Dozens of drivers did the same thing back then! Just had to be certain to be off the turnpike within 24 hours of entering it...

Oh, man THAT guy again. Yup, he did somethin' stupid, the he doubled-down on the stupid when just plain stupid didn't get him out of it....

 

Exactly. I understand people make mistakes. That was not a mistake, that was a choice that shows they do not have the level of thinking and care that is required to be a professional driver.

 

At least he swung wide.

 

I was wondering about the 4 wheelers going behind the trailer. The ones who were so cautious to see if they could make it. Hmm the ones before did it with plenty of room but me??? not sure so Ill take me time because I might get stuck as I dont know how big my car is.

 

A couple of years ago I saw a driver had pulled that stunt before coming up to a toll booth. He was stuck, and the no u-turn sign was wedged under his tractor. The stupid was pretty awe inspiring.
