Nice, glad you're happy. It is not easy to find such combination, lease from one company, work for the other. Usually it is the same company which is milking ppl away with their "deal".

While leasing isn't for everyone, for others it works out great.
A good friend of mine is leasing his 4th Star, and doing well.

I'll correct your statement for you. Don't lease without doing your homework. Companies all over the country get you with zero down and $1000 a week payments and after 3-4 years they have their hand out for a $50,000 balloon payment. If you can't pay it you start over on a new truck.

On the other hand I have seen a few that operate differently. Where I am at we purchase trucks that are a couple of years old with low mileage. We have the title in hand because the trucks are bought with cash. When a driver decides to go through our program there is zero down and a set payment for 3-5 years depending on the price of the truck they selected and how aggressive they want their payments to be. It's no different than buying a car from a dealership. In 3-5 years they are handed the title to a truck with plenty of life left so they can pocket everything except for fuel, tags, and taxes.

We make money from having a truck running loads and not by sticking a driver in a terrible lease contract with no end in sight.

So true! I’ve seen far to many ask about if they should lease, and get many telling them to run, and then come back months later stating how said company burned them on their lease, just not worth the risk!
