What the heck for.You give companies an inch they'll take a mile.Something is deffinately wrong if companies can't work within the drivers legal hours and still make money.

I'm a thinkin Jennie o needs to get their act together on their appointment times and detention times so us drivers are not sitting any longer then nessary sitting 5 whole hours at a dock is way worse in my opinion then pulling a deck I'm a going back to flatbed and that is where im a staying

I was always on time for my pickups just not so much with the deliveries because of pulling away from the dock late this is why I am going back to my deck plus flatbed customers are a 110% times better then reefer customers

Sounds to me that you either just should have refused the loads right off the bat without loading them, or you aren't very productive when it comes to moving down the road. There are a lot of ex-Bud Meyer drivers at Overland and they are all doing fine.

It does sound like Jenni-O is part of the problem here too...better to haul out of Michael Foods in Gaylord....ran out of there for 2 years, had zero issues...almost always preloaded, and the live loads were in and out, boom.

Jennie o would always set up the appointment time to pick up like at around 1300 but not load you til after 1600 and be out of the gate at 1800 with only three hours left to drive when companies put in electronic logs I am coming to find that the trucking companies like to harass truck drivers it ain't me I drive within my 11 hours that are allotted by the federal government and since I had also worked for a company called Lessors, Inc. who cost me my cdl back in 2007 so I WILL NEVER RUN ILLEGAL EVER AGAIN FOR NOBODY this company ran me over my 11 and my 14 even my 70/8 day hours Im able to drive

    Foolish advice..
    Do you run illegally driver?

If you do and you are involved in a accident is that $0.30 a mile going to be worth it?

Edit:Even if you are making $0.50 a mile or even $1 is that going to be worth even the attorney fees that could be in the $10's of Thousands of dollars?
Think your company is going to back you up?..HaHaaaa
