Does anyone have any advice on Premier Trans.? I have an opportunity to go to work for them but I'm a little worried because I dont know anything about them. How are they to work for? Do they have decent health care plans and are they affordable? Do they allow you to take your truck home on wknds? They said I would be doing regional and home every wknd. I dont mind fingerprinting every box it's better then sitting on your butt for 11 hrs every day with no excersise. Thank you in advance for any feedback I really need it right now. In reply to some of you out there asking this is Premier Transportation out of Forest Park Ga.

If you can't find anything on them then I would highly suggest finding another company. They may be a shady outfit.

This can also depend on how big the company is. My company has offices throughout the U.S. but only employs about 100 or so drivers at any given time and there is very little on the Internet regarding my company (they prefer it that way). No posts or information by drivers and ex-drivers can also indicate a very good company especially when it's a decent-sized company that has been in business for some time. But usually, if one does the research, they can find -something- on a company ... somewhere.

.You are very correct. All ppl have to do is look for themselves.I just found a lot of useful info on premier just from googleing it.I assume trans and transportation is the same company isn't it?

It would help if people could say where the company they are inquiring about is from. I know of 3 Premier Transportations. The one in Dallas, one in Georgia and one in California.

Not saying they are shady but I would want some solid info on them before applying. My last company had zero info on them and they were about as shady as they come.I also would like to know what their equipment looks like. This isn't any different then companies finding good drivers, they don't just hire without knowing some info on the applicant.
