A driver I work has no patience when he opens the door hes got it in gear before he shuts the door grinds and rocks the truck almost everytime, this is in my truck and it upsets me cause I dont want him to wreck my clutch brake in my truck! he has gotten yelled at for not pushing clutch all the way to the floor and waiting a second or two before he puts it in gear..by the way he just got his truck back from the shop with a new clutch brake wonder how long that will last, lol.....we have to help each other load our trailers when we are both there at the mill..I haul bulk feed so we have 8 different compartments to fill and have to move forward or backwards 8 times

I had a hired gun working as my co-driver just before I parked my expeditor truck in '01.

Gary was a great driver... once he got the truck in high gear. The trip to 9th, however, was very painful for me. He had no mechanical aptitude... didn't know one end of a screwdriver from the other. Despite my best efforts he'd grind the gears, side step the clutch at lights, rev the engine for no reason... everything to raise my ire... but I could sleep behind him... he never tailgated or sped... could drive all night without stopping and never seemed to tire until the sun came up...

For the 3 months he worked for me we both made $$$ so I shut my mouth... but it was tough.
