I've no doubt you're right. I'm certain they could care less but to stay and pay to get ripped off is like the battered wife who stays with her abuser, "he beats me because he cares!". I agree, DAT and ITS seriously need some real competition to put them on their toes. They are slowly but surely strangling the spot market arena. There used to be tons of free load boards but it was where the lowest of the low frequented.
Don't you love when a company spams DAT with job offers....
