Put your seat all the way back, flip the cruise on and stretch them out. Or stop every few hours and stretch

First, you're only allowed to drive 11 hours a day.
And there are a wide variety of seat cushions and back support products that help reduce discomfort. Dont drive with a wallet n your back pocket as that contributes t leg and back pain. I often set the cruisr and frequently stretch my legs and shift my sitting position. Your height and seat height can factor in. Plus your fuel stops and the new 30 minute break give you a chance t get out of the truck and stretch your legs. Once in a while my bum knee will bother me, but overall stiff legs arent a problem.

You tend to get used to such discomforts (or at least I did) over time.
Cruise switch will allow you to move your feet around a bit more and possibly completely stretch them out depending on the truck and your own height. But nothing will ever beat taking a short break and stretching while you can. -
you put it on cruise and take a nap in the back..
or your feet on the dash.... -
I always try and get a couple of laps around the sleeper in while driving!
