Well that doesn't suprise me I've heard from day one that they can't get any good drivers in OK because they have no work ethic down there. After the couple times I've been to that DC I believe it. MOST of the company is not that way at all. Besides when you get paid hub miles and average $25 - $75 hour unloading who cares if you had to run around all over the place. Just my opinion.

I guess if your disorganized this would be difficult. Also if your averaging $25-$75 hour unloading and getting paid hub miles why would you care. You don't have to fill out any paperwork to get paid except for drop/hooks, meeting pay, training pay everything else is paid electronically when you download your computer from the truck after each trip. Thats true we are in it for the money also, I am a student that resently graduated from trucking school looking forward to being hired DOT.The process is long but I heard that it is well worth it.The only thing I am waiting on is my drug test results which should be no problem and take the ability test .I have this attitude pay me well and treat me with respect and I will be there until I retire.

Hey good luck. It is well worth the long hiring process if you don't mind some hard work. Let me know how things go for you and if you get hired or not. I been here awhile and I love it.

Thanks for quick response I will be working out of the Oklahoma office, I think I pretty much got it, waiting for drug results and ability test .The main question I have for you is how is the starting time on delivery usually start. One more thing the reason I chose this company is because of the hard work I need to lose a couple of pounds and do not just want to be sitting in a truck gain weight ,
so what you think about that let me know take care and be safe out there.

Doesn't necessarily mean you got it yet. If you don't pass the agility test they won't hire you and even if you do pass it it's not guaranteed but very likely but keep the positive attitude and you'll be fine. Not sure what you mean by starting time on delivery? If your asking what time of day you'll deliver it could be anytime. Most are early morning deliveries from 04:00 and later but some are middle of the night like 22:00 to 03:00 ( not to many of these ). As far as losing some pounds you will. I'm not huge by any means but I lost almost 30 pounds within 4 months of starting. I now check in at 6'4" 250 lbs.

I'm out of IN. The agility test is about an hour long. You have to do alot of lifting to test your stamina. They will check all your vitals before the test and then again after to see how your body reacts to the physical work. As far as home time I am home every weekend and 1 day in the middle of the week. Your guaranteed $50K your first year.
