    They do a physical evaluation of bends, squats, carrying 50lbs, grip test. a physical, etc. It’s very comprehensive, in an attempt to minimize liabilities, especially with CDS drivers.

    You can expect to be with a trainer for at least a month, at $1250/wk, and lunch bought every day.
