I can’t seem to find any useful information, so asking here. Bought a trailer with that was inspected a month ago. Does it need a fresh inspection with change of ownership or does the 1 year continue from the last inspection? Thanks:)

An inspection is an inspection. As long as you have the paperwork for the inspection, its good to go, even upon transfer of ownership.

    OldeSkool and Charlie42 Thank this.

While @DRTDEVL is 100% correct, do you really want to pull a trailer some random other person inspected?
While not legally required, you should get an inspection done from a reputable shop so you know everything is good.

Give it a full dot inspection with your eyes atleast once a week... although legally you are supposed to everyday

    OldeSkool Thanks this.
