Most wrecker companies I have ever dealt with will get their money before they let you have your vehicle back.

I don't know what it is with some people who can't handle a situation correctly. It's almost as if they want to bully people. Sometimes that game of "chicken" doesn't end well.rabbiporkchop, tscottme, aussiejosh and 4 others Thank this. -

I've seen lots of Class 8 Trucks on Hooks and a couple of Road Trucks I drove were Hooked to Repair Shops.
I had never had any inclination to Challenge the Uniformed Individual presenting as a State Trooper or City Kitty or County Mounty or Undercover Agent or hallucination with TEETH, instructing this Hand in when and where to move my Rig.
Officer: "You Need To Move Your Rig NOW"!
Me: "What are my options Sir or Ma'am"?
"I repeat for the second and LAST time..................."!!
Thank You Sir or Ma'am For The Clarification as well "options".
State and Local Police LOVE When People Challenge their directives.

Over the summer they purchased all kind of things to take care of the property brand new and nothing cheep including a brand new Kubota. That year we had a fairly hard winter lots of drifts the type that blows everything shut in an hour or less after you plow.
Long story short, come spring they were done, ready to move back to the city and sold everything at a serious loss. Everyone they looked down on from the area got something good at a huge discount!
This time a good friend was able to buy the house and a year later was able to buy that Kubota off me to take care of the place. So we now have peace hopefully it lasts.Bean Jr., Val_Caldera, JoeyJunk and 2 others Thank this.
