Peoplenet won’t even let you input the full chassis id in the trailer info tab. Box id won’t work either as it’s same number of characters. I usually just use the the first 4 letters of the ID, and our company pro # for shipment info. Maybe if they get hung on ranting about that they won’t dig any deeper
