DOT Physical and High Blood Pressure...

Interesting! Never even heard of that but I'll bet it would make a difference. Gonna remember that for my next physical.

 

I dont have issues with high BP
I usually chug a bottle of water To make it easier to do the urine test

I noticed the times I didn’t drink any water , my BP Was lower .

CVS pharmacy does DoT physicals at their minute clinics
And it’s a lot easier and faster than anywhere else

Make an appointment for one first thing in the morning , and don’t drink ANYTHING before the test

 

Eating Garlic also helps. Raw garlic cloves if you can, it's more potent! Also incredibly helps fight infections and boost your immune system

 

Rogaine will drop both points considerably, it's a vasodilator and can be had otc, strange I know but it works. I also get white coat syndrome

 

Also stop going to places that use automatic cuffs they are not accurate

 

If your blood pressure is near 220 prepare your self for a stroke

 

If your blood is “pooling” in your arm you have a serious circulation problem you should get checked out
