CVS pharmacy does DoT physicals at their minute clinics
And it’s a lot easier and faster than anywhere else

I just did a DOT physical. Told the gal... It's probably high. If you give me 5 minutes to do breathing exercises. I can get it down into the teens. She said; "I know." ... I don't know what the criteria is to pass? She came up with 135/70. Said: That's good. You're done.
I didn't even get to do my breathing exercises! I'm filing a grievance with the Union.dwells40 and Cabinover101 Thank this. -
Eating Garlic also helps. Raw garlic cloves if you can, it's more potent! Also incredibly helps fight infections and boost your immune system
WesternPlains Thanks this. -
Rogaine will drop both points considerably, it's a vasodilator and can be had otc, strange I know but it works. I also get white coat syndrome
