DOT physical and prior use of prescription medications

In my 52 years, I’ve avoided the medical establishment as much as possible. Everything they have on you will be used to your detriment at some point.

 

HIPAA is a joke as far as the security and confidentiality of medical records. The entire HIPAA program is riddled with loopholes, exceptions, and self-serving regulations designed to keep the bean counters and pencil pushers employed.
Do not count on HIPAA. If someone wants your medical history and they know the right way to ask the right questions they'll very soon know everything about you.

 

In the digital age we live in, there is NO PRIVACY anymore, medical or otherwise. Yes.....it sucks big time, but......it appears we are stuck with it. It will only get worse and more intrusive, it will never go away. George Orwell was spot on. Good luck
