about to get a new medical card for the first time in 4 years, do I have to duck walk? I ask because I've got a torn ACL in my left knee. I think I can manage but would like to know before I go so I can pratice, get some exercise

No there is no Duck Walk. Only time I had to do that was when I enlisted in the Army. I have never had to do it for DOT though.

Depends on the company that you for, some have an extra added physical schedule but if you are fixed with a company then you should be good! I just want to know why you have not had a Physical in 4 years!

If I had to do a duck walk, I didnt know what I was doing & I dont remember doing anything I didnt know.
I do remember one time the physician asked me to jump & I kinda hoped & she said, "Oh come on, you can do better than that!" So, I hoped a little higher & she passed me, so I guess I done ok. -
There is no requirement for a duck walk on the DOt physical.
However, several companies have their own doctors and requirements they have added to it which does include such activity. -
