If convicted X2 it’s a 30 year maximum each. Florida doesn’t play around even for minor offenses.
Not stopping (actually he did stop then took off) is where the Bozo compounds his problems tenfold.
Since this one happened in my backyard I’ll be following it. I doubt he’ll bond out or at least hope he doesn’t.Cattleman84 and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -

The accident happened a couple miles from where I park my truck.
I see the survey crew’s out there a lot and they don’t just park on the actual shoulder. Always off the road and parked on the grass so it doesn’t disrupt traffic.
There’s no need to move over is what I’m trying to say. The other thing is, I-95 here has wide shoulders here.
Also, and I’m just making wild guesses but this doesn’t look like a high speed accident. Wondering if he fell asleep causing him to go so far out of his lane. Sun at the time would be pounding on your face..Cattleman84 and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -

We can hope justice is attempted. The company that hired him should be investigated. The training, lack of. IF he was given a license in exchange for cash. Those involved should remained involved.
Cattleman84, D.Tibbitt and buddyd157 Thank this.
