I'm sure there is an app for that, but I just use quicken home & business (on my laptop) to do invoicing (I like that it keeps track of invoice age as well as integrates profit loss reports & is compatible with turbotax).
Anyway, I'll "print as pdf" and email the invoice to myself (along with a copy of the signed rate confirmation). Open the email on my phone, download the attachments, & reattach to a new draft email (or efax) to the broker's accounts payable address/phone number.
I use the cam scanner app to take a photo of the signed BOL, crop it, and automatically adjust the contrast. Save as pdf and attach to that draft email/efax and send...
Once you do it a couple times, you'll develop a routine.
I might do daily or even weekly invoicing if I was always doing multiple loads/day, but I rarely do more than 1 or 2.

If you're set on making an invoice on your phone, Google sheets works good.

Camscanner is a nifty app that's the one I use too. Just make sure you get a clear pic and it works great.

That's the first one that came up, you using the free one or the $1.99 per month one?
-
I think it was free. Can't remember. Pretty sure it was. I seldom pay for apps but I must say if I did pay for it then it was well worth, $1.99
Oscar the KW Thanks this.
