DPF Filter added on to a non dpf truck!

    I think hes just being sarcastic! As far as I know, no trucks are grandfathered in. Only extension available is till 2017 by showing financial stress and unable to upgrade.

    I think .. CA isn't worth to invest any money... rather avoid CA.
