Since Ioncce "held someone hostage " my therapist refuses to clear me for a dot physical.

Well it sounds bad I actually just got into a fighta and panicked when the cops came ,I never head the intention of hurting anyone just didn't want to go to jail

Since the 5 years since then I've been finethought and I never had a history of violence or anger

The therapist is just covering him or her self in case of a future problem.
America is such a litigious society, everyone is running scared due to lawsuits.
How did the DOT doctor find out about this anyway? If many of us told all our deep secrets, we would probably be denied a CDL. Never snitch on yourself.

I would say my deamonur is fine ,other than having that "overweight" look .

She just doesn't feel comfortable signing off ,she agrees it was a isolated incident and won't likely happen again but she refuses to sign any papers. She even said if I saw her daily for 50 years and had no problems she wouldn't sign it since It happened once it means it can happen again.

What I mean is how's your behavior when you talk to her,but since she's being unreasonable I guess it really don't matter.Would it do any good do you think if you changed therapist?

What you want to do is go to a truck stop with one of them fifth wheel travel trailer doctors. Make sure they're certified to be doing DOT exams. I don't understand why your therapist is involved in the first place. What do you mean "company called references"? If you want help you gotta give us some info. Don't be so vague!

Sorry I've been drunk a lot , not much else to do around these parts lol .

Company I went to work for wanted a medical card from their Dr.

Was a two day orientation ,first day was videos and drug test .They also called my references on day one and my reference mentioned I was collecting disability for aspergers.

Company told me I needed a medical wavier or they and their Dr wouldn't allow me to work. So they sent me home and told me they were gonna put something on my DAC ,forgot what .

There's some courier jobs that don't require DOT physical or CDL. Might need a small pickup truck with a shell over the bed.
Google "courier jobs" then look for those that only require Class-C license.
