Fast trucks constantly play this game with governed trucks .

The Witte bros trucks have a radar so I'll bet money he came up on Mercer running 65 and when he tryed to pass Mercer at 68 , he sped up . Then Witte bros got behind Mercer and he probably slowed back down to 67.5 mph . So now , Witte bros is aggressively driving out of frustration
