If your trucking company is bought out and your stay as a driver with the nee company, do you loose your drive hours from the original company? Or since, all records were bought and transferred do you keep them.

Your log book (paper or digital) is YOUR log book. Not the company's. It doesn't change your hours.

Are you referring to your seniority as a driver?
    Maybe, maybe not.
If it was a small company purchased by a mega carrier, you're probably dog meat.

    deathB4decaf Thanks this.

Totally depends on the new company. It's their circus now, and they can do whatever they want. Now if you're talking about your logs. nothing changes that.
