Driveaway USA - don't expect to make anything

Worked there 6 months. All-female staff who are over-agressive and defensive, most likely because they are competing in a male-dominated field. They hired me 1099 and their accounting is not itemized well. Lots of fuzzy math. I had trouble getting a thorough explanation of their reimbursed/non-reimbursed expenses. I'm going to have to hire an accountant to clean up the mess. Evasive on answers and they refer you to the contract, so read it well. They cover their ### pretty good. I kept a spreadsheet on my expenses and even sleeping in the trucks I lost money on nearly every trip. Watch your return expenses. You will be responsible for them unless they can link trips together, which was infrequent. Great way to see the country but you will pay for it.
