    i worked for swift over five years ago i quit when they started delaying me for hometime i now know i should not have been so quick on the trigger to quit i have not been in a truck for over four years but still have my cdl and current dot physical card do you think they would rehire me if so would i have to attend a school or refresher course because of all the things ive read it sounds like the best place to restart a driving career

    They hired a friend of mine without a refresher course. That was about 1 1/2 years ago. He had 3 years in before that.

    Why not call a recruiter?

    You should be fine, if you still have your skills you can do the driver test again, and possibly avoid going out with a mentor again, otherwise i think you will have to go out till your mentor thinks your ready
