Driver Caught Using Dummy In Carpool Lane

ha ha thats funny... but i recall a nightly news show doing a report on this years ago.. and i think it was out west someplace, the amount of people who do this was amazing, and they showed some of the " dummies " they were really life like..

 

cant be any worse than the dummies they having sitting in patrol cars around kanab, ut

no really they have dummies.........

 

Search light nevada on highway 95 also has had a dummie in a uniform in a patrol car looking at traffic, ive seen the ones in kanab ut how funny, they save money that way tho lol.

 

It happened here in SLC when they first put in th HOV Lane.
Many used fake baby's in car seats, some used dummies.
Most got caught and many were shown on local news too.

 

I been past both too.
In Kanab last time I went through the dummie was slumped over the wheel, looked like he was asleep.

 

In NJ also

 

Kanab did have a patrol vehicle at both ends of town with dummies in them. In Payette Idaho they tried that on highway 95 going thru town till everyone realized it was a dummie in uniform, altho thats mostly what payette cops are is dummies lol..
