    Kennewick and the tri cities area in washington has some of the worst drivers in the world. I can only imagine he was cut off by one of those people that likes to make their turn at the last second and he had to slam on the brakes to avoid collision...this happens to me almost everytime i run thru this area. I wonder if he just got loaded over there when this happened... Either way someone was watching over him for sure.
