Hello, I don't know if this is the right sub, but I need help getting a contract together for a driver. My question is what is the best free route I can take to have someone review my contract and making it so that way there is not much time spent with an attorney charging me loads of money.
Also if you have any sources or advice regarding contract please feel free to share it.
THANK YOU!

Have you tried OOIDA? They have some general contracts that they will give you. We used their Contract to draft ours for our Lease Op. Don't know if they have driver contracts, but wouldn't hurt to email them and find out.

Thank you for your reply. I sent OOIDA an email if they can send me a sample. Also if you're comfortable with it can you send me a copy of yours if possible so I can draft mine from multiple contracts? If you are willing to i'd appreciate a PM and that way I can give you an email for you to send it to.
Thanks again! -
This is what gets me, contracts should be made on the basis what your business is and how you expect to operate it, not what someone else does.
The OOIDA should defer this to lawyer where you sit down with them and have some idea of how you run everything, not hand you a boiler plate contract that has holes in it.
If you can't afford to spend $1000 to protect you and your business, then you may need to look at what you are doing, because contract cases are easy to lose.
