So who owned the truck? Whose authority was the truck operated under?

And when can we expect criminal charges against both entities?

Cases like these should automatically break the corporate veil and leave all interested parties liable both financially and criminally.

Can we impose the death penalty on illegal aliens?

“There needs to be more accountability on some of these carriers who bring these drivers on. The bigger companies have different procedures to make sure these guys have proper documents. But some of the smaller companies do not and that’s a concern,

Just like the Guys that employ illegals in chicken factories.....if THEY went to jail, maybe they'd get the message.

Those are both secondary to the fact that this MF shouldn't have been driving any CMV.

Every time the American media mentions that possibility it generates an uproar from the Mexican government. So I don't know if it's technically legal or not, but effectively, the answer is no.

Don't disagree at all. I just think that those who a responsible for giving him access to the CMV should face consequences.

Start with prison sentences for the immediate manager, ceo, and board members of any company employing illegal aliens. Then include the parent corporations. IE have the FedEx and Amazon board members be criminally liable if any of their contract carriers or in house vendors (think custodians) use illegal labor.

We are living in Biden's America. Be prepared for not only for this animal be exonerated, but his extended family get a big payout for perceived racial injustice. The person who was murdered means nothing to our new woke overlords.
