Driver Information Display not working?? Peterbilt 388

    Hi, I have a 2008 Peterbilt 388 that when I turn the key all the symbols show up on the Driver Information Display Screen but after it cycles through and they go off, I am not able to manually use the knob and scroll through the computer. Any idea's of what could be going on?

    Im having the same issue but its a 2016 579, I can only click the knob but cant do anything else. What could be the problem?

    Whats the name of the fuse for the round knob?
