One winter night, at a Pilot in TN I saw a driver dead on the ground, he was hit and dragged a few yards by a truck while walking in the parking lot... I don't know how it happened... Whose fault was... I will never forget the motionless body on the ground and the indescribable look on the face of the driver who hit and killed the other one.... It was the saddest, most depressing and distressing thing I have ever seen since when I started trucking... A real sad night for many of us, drivers at that Pilot.

Agree with both of you. I only put it in high if its steep like in some pisslot's, my common sense tells me if I should go behind that truck backing up, or wait. 100% of the time it says wait and help if he's having trouble.

This is sad but today everyone seems to be in a hurry and only thinking about themselves

This is a direct result of co's not giving a darn who they hire...it looks like nowadays that if you have a pulse, these trashy co's will hire you....
These co's claim that they care about safety...that's bs...they only care about $$$ in the name of safety.-insert name- and TRKRSHONEY Thank this.
