simcoetruck, I assume you are dispatched out of Brooks since you are from Oregon?

When I went through May's orientation in April of 2009 Robyn Smith told me that if I ever had a problem with my DM (that couldn't be resolved) to let her know and that she she would switch me over.

My assigned DM was a woman (girl) with the initials of AK. She was very HARD to work with. After several confrontations and attempts to deal with the situation, I contacted Robyn Smith and expressed my frustrations. Robyn listened, discussed it with AK and I was assigned another DM named JB. He was great!

 

I am out of Pcola and was initially assigned a female dm, she being female has nothing to do with the position except things were not getting done. Now I have a veteran driver and he is awesome to work with.

 

I met a driver who is out of brooks who is extremely unhappy with his DM. I verified with another friend out of that terminal that there is a known issue with that specific one. Advised him to ask for different terminal, I looked at his 8 day log and he had no 600 mile trips. Mostly 200-450 miles a day.
