Are there any companies (driver mills or otherwise) that hire drivers with no experience that have a pet program? I've heard that Arrow and US Express do, but I haven't seen any information on other companies.

You could try Con-Way Truckload... but last I heard the new hires were waiting weeks for truck assignment.

Yeah, I saw that they had a pet program on their website, but I couldn't tell if they hired people straight out of school or not. And I did read that about people waiting over a month for a truck.
I'm kinda hopin one of the reefer companies might have a pet program. I sleep like a dead horse and noise doesn't bother me what-so-ever. Plus, people still gotta eat so I figure the miles will still be there.
Of course I know that beggars can't be choosers. -
Magnum out of Omaha, Ne. takes newbies and has a pet policy I have found from a few of the post I read on here. I am trying to get with them to see if they have anything to offer in my area.
Werner I believe has a pet policy and takes newbies as does C.R. England from what I understand. But I have not talked to either of them. Lots of bad posts on here about C.R. England too.
Just a few of what I have found. Hope it helps you out. I have 12 years driving and am having trouble finding a company to go with.MADMAX683 Thanks this. -
