Not too long ago one of those FedEx hotrod drivers got smart with another driver at the fuel pumps, so the other driver stabbed him a few times. Sometimes that's all some dummies understand; violence. After that, they're a little more respectful to others.

I been parked here at the TA in Sparks, NV since Saturday afternoon. In reply to the google search not showing hits it did happen. I was walking back from Target when I saw the EMS, law enforcement and fire trucks surrounding the truck that drug her. Apparently she tripped in front of the truck as she was walking towards the store. This is a sad scenario in which no one was at fault. You can't see her you have no reason not to pull up after fueling. This need to be a post in which we all take a moment to pray for her and reflect on how easily it could have happened to any of us. Stop playing super trucker and placing blame. She is in really bad shape and I pray she makes it.

Google doesn't always know all. As for media I didn't see one tv station or reporter there.

Not everything makes the news but a fatality usually will. So no news is probably good news as far as the seriousness of her injuries. Hope so anyway.

Never walk in front of a truck that has a driver in the driver seat without making eye contact.

I've been lurking around here for a couple of years and never felt the need to join cuz I didn't feel the need to comment on any posts.,. well tonight I have something to say......
I was at the TA today and I have never seen so much blood.... The fact that it was under a trailer still makes me nauseous....... Don't know many times I've walked in front of a truck as the driver released the brakes,......

maybe that driver did not see her ?
happened to me. I parked my truck at fuel island and quick walked toward store for prepayment. And that moment the driver released the brake and moved forward slowly. The truck pushed me slightly . He stopped , came out and apologized. I said it was not your fault . it was mine. Sorry bro for scaring you. Since that day if I need to pass in front of truck I walk forward about 20ft and then pass in front of truck so the driver can see me.

I am sure what stopped the driver was when she screamed. Probably a death grip on the front bumper.

Prayers for this lady. Be safe out there and be careful, being a hidden object is easy.

Such a sad thing and I pray for this woman. I also pray for the driver that struck her. I know I would have a hard time with it if it was me.

Same here. I'm always on construction sites. If I don't get an acknowlegment from the operator or driver that they've seen me, I stand clear or take a different route.
