Driver Run Over By Semi At Loves

I get concerned though about people walking through the parking lot at night texting, watching videos, etc doing anything other than paying attention to their surroundings. I can't remember how many times one of these types pops out at their own potential peril.

I'm not making excuses for anyone but rather pointing out that this behavior is mutually exercised by many drivers and pedestrians alike, unfortunately.
