I have a 2015 freightliner & I noticed the driver air bags are always higher compared to the passanger side, infalted or deflated. I try messing with the air vavle but no solution. I was thinking maybe its time to change out the air bags or take it into a shop to check the suspension. Has this happened to anyone? if so, any ideas? thanks

More load on one side of the truck than the other?

    One sagging front leaf spring?

    Twisted frame?

    Mismatched air bags?

It's hard to tell from the photos but your Springs may have shifted.

It is common that the locating pin breaks or rust away or whatever the case is and the Springs can move. You can loosen them and Jack them back into place and retighten if that is the case.

Otherwise make sure when you look at those airbags that you are sitting on perfectly flat ground. Perfectly flat like a floor inside of a mechanic shop or you could try a fuel island they should be level relatively. If it were me I would get a 3 ft level and I would check it across the frame rails and down the frame rails from side to side. Measure from in front of the truck from the ground up to the frame on each side also. Put your level across the frame rails in the front if you can.

It is not uncommon for some trucks to get a Twist in the frame rail. If your tractor is just sitting in a shop on perfectly level ground and you see one side of the frame rail is higher unless you literally have the wrong airbags on one side of the frame I don't think it's possible that one side of the airbags could throw you off. If your truck was just sitting there Bobtail I think even if the Springs raised you up higher on one side it would just pick the other side up a little more right along with it.

If you are on level ground and your frame is not sitting correctly then 100% @AModelCat.

    What model Freightliner?
The SD122 has a leveling valve for each side.
