I know that Driver Solution's works with companies other than Pam and USA Truck, however I can't find any specific info as to which companies those are. Does anyone here have that info?

    Thanks in advance.

Check their website, they are a 3PL provider. Not good for you.......

I have checked their website, and scoured the web. Can't find anything pertaining to other companies they work with other than Pam/USA Truck. I do find the occasional post that says they work with other companies, just nothing specific.

Can you advise what a 3PL provider is? That is a new term to me.

Third party logistics. In this case, somewhat akin to a temp/staffing agency.

Ah, ok. Like I said, a new term to me. However, are you aware of what other companies they work with?

Not as yet, on my agenda for tomorrow morning. I have been going around and around and around and around about which options are best for me to get trained. Driver Solutions is the newest option.

emahevul, I see you're in IN. Are you talking about the Driver Solutions in Indy? Unless they've changed something recently, PAM and USA Truck are the two carriers most of their C1 graduates (note I didn't say students) go to. They've worked with Star Transport in the past, but I don't know any more than that.

dont do it...i got screwed/sued years ago...its a scam, go to a vocational school or cc college, and get the state to pay for it then go to work for the carrier YOU want to. you dont know me, but thats the best advice you have ever been given

i agree i used them with usa truck the school was $1500 at the time with a 1 year contract with usa truck i would have to pay back $2000 by the end of the year on a $1500 school however if they fire you for any reason you pay driver solutions $6000 on a $1500 school i got to usa truck completed my training then fired me without a reason my guess is they didn't have enough available trucks even my trainer tried to save me he wasn't happy as he felt his time was wasted. that was in 2009 now driver solutions tact on all kinds of interest and it went from $6,000 to over $9,000 they expect me to pay I still refuse. dont ever do business with driver solutions they are a scam.
