So I applied through Driver Solutions and my driving record holds me back fro PAM but I met the requirements from USA Truck.
My rep got everything rolling.
Told me he sent things up to communications.
Now every time I call he quickly tells me he is waiting on communications and a job offer has not been made yet.
Is he giving me the run around?
What should I do?
Should I contact driver solutions direct and go around him?
I called USA Truck and they said to apply through them and mention in my app I went through driver solutions and was approved.
Your Advice?

To my knowledge PAM and USA have the exact same qualifications for new drivers, if you are held back from one, for your driving record you should be held back from the other also.
Maybe saying what is on your driving record may give someone a clue as to what the hold up is. -
Driver Solutions is a driver leasing company, which is essentially a temp agency. The advantage to being with a driver leasing company, is they stipulate pay, working conditions, and compensation. When you drive for a carrier, they may or may not pay you for extra work, such as driver unload (also called driver assist, driver count, or driver expedite), or excessive delays at the shipper/receiver docks. Once you've applied with a driver leasing company, the client can't hire you because the driver leasing company discovered you, and the client must pay a finder's fee before they can hire you. Somewhere on one of the forms you've signed, it says you're not eligible for employment with any of their clients until one year had passed since you left the driver leasing company. After you've been driving for the client for a period (3 to 6 months), the client has the option to buy out your contract, and you officially become an employee of the client. Your paychecks no longer will say "Driver Solutions" on them.

I never "signed" anything.
As for the MVR, PAM has a sort of "waiting period" after you have a suspension.
I have 1 year before they will accept me.
USA I was told didn't have the same standards.
Out of all the places Ive talked to, they said my MVR was fine since I have 0 points and im clear to drive.
Also PAM will accept an affidavit for when I was a professional athlete and USA wont.
When I talked to USA truck personally, I was told I would do be a resident of GA to attend school under them privately and be hired on.
Im not willing to change my residency when there are so many other options at this point.
That would be a last chance senerio.
