Driver/ Swift Transportation/lumpers/TAX EVADERS!

Why not pay the lumper get their receipt you keep that receipt, fill out another receipt with your Co`s name on it ( if you`re an O/O), and add 10/15% on and send it in with the BOL, so then you make some money off the top like they all do.

 

i cant be bothered about hating the things i can not change wastes too much energy

 

I had to pay a lumper 433.50 once to sort 167 items among a fully loaded trailer.

Swift replied to my request "why is it so much" I explianed because of the sorting involved.

1 hour later, lumper dude comes out raving mad because his crew were waiting to go home while I'm dealing with the #### lumper dept at swift giving me a hard time about an unusually lumper fee$433.5
Lumper dude threatens to take my trailer. I said " go right ahead" "take it"

Lumper dude makes me unhook trailer. Closes garage door. I go back to the truck, 1 hr later swift lumper dept approves the concheck. My 18th hour where I'm supposed to be sleeping I'm still dealing with crap like this. Yes, I committed a HOS violation but there is o such thing as going to sleeper when you have to deal with lumbers.


Swift has the abilityo deal with lumpers directly but like always, they would rather crap on the driver.

 

No lumpers hers here i unload my own #### groceries pay myself a good dinner, maybe even popcorn& a movie.....
