Driver takes a stand against TFW.......gets fired.......lawyers up.

    Many of these trucking companies are probably afraid of losing their accounts with these shipping and receiving plants, therefore, do NOT stick up for their truck drivers.

    People forget or do NOT care that truck drivers are also real LIVE HUMAN BEINGS with health needs like everybody else.

    And then when they do work and have the pension, somewhere along the line the company closes and files bankruptcy and no more pension plan for the future.

    H-2b and other work visas should be done away with for a lot of industries where there are plenty of workers here in the states that can do the work.

    I worked at a company where every 7th worker was on a visa of some sort, but these were statisticians, chemists, pharmacologist and other educated professionals. Truck drivers are not in the same class and we have no shortage of drivers.
