I am thinking about going from part to full time driving and have been scouring the company adds for drivers.I have came to the conclusion that the good companies don't have to advertise for help.The imagination and in some cases the deceit of the adds for drivers shows the dishonesty of these companies.It reminds me of telemarketing or used car sales,then they ask why there is a driver shortage.I have learned the meaning of some phrases,like good home time means every 14 to 21 days,team player means you help with the dock work and $12.00 per hour is excellent pay.
