they were great when i was there, although more money in flatbed, i was there until 8/2012

We left in August 2013 the lease trucks are not bad but Jones will make sure that u will never own it

If you have a good driving record and also have some O/O of lease experience, go to Schneider Finance and find out about their programs for "Leases". I did a year ago, love it! Never missed a payment, always get a check. When dealing with leases be very careful. Most are not made for the driver.

I knew a hand full of guys leased to Jones motor express out of spring city pa and all seemed to be happy but that was 10 years ago was going to put my truck on there but ended up going with tankers instead of flatbed.

I am looking to buy a truck and lease somewhere. ... Today a 21 year Jones Motor Group O/O showed me the load board and there was a lot more than I'm making now. The trick I was told is do the math. And verify the load weight n length sometimes you can get 2 loads on 1 trlr and not all loads are good loads, verify $ per mile. He pulls mostly equipment so very little tarping.

YEAH,
I was leased on to them that lasted for just one day.
I went to orientation in Copperas Cove, TX, for which was for one day.
I was told I would be going to California on a dedicated run, for which was what I thought I would do.
They sent me home to San Antonio, TX, with a trailer, and said they would call me with the info.
They called me a couple of days later and informed me that things had changed and that I would be going elsewhere, but would eventually get to CA.
I told them that, that's not what I wanted to do, and that they said that I would be going to California on that dedicated run.
They said that things had changed.
I said I didn't want to do that.
Then they insisted on me bringing the trailer back up to Copperas Cove, at my own expense.
I told them to stick it,, it wasn't my problem,,, and told them where the trailer was at, and they can come get it themselves.
They since put a bad mark on my DAC, saying that I owed them money for recovery of trailer.
So I'm like you,,, they lied to me and I wasn't going to take the chance of them lying to me again, because no telling what they would have lied again about.DUKE2048 Thanks this. -
Do you have to clear a broker load with the home office first? Is it pretty simple?
